We are not yet a legal employer. But we’re building toward it.

Threshold Continuity Alliance (TCA) is preparing to offer internships and eventually formal employment or contractor roles for individuals aligned with our mission.

Our aim is to build a working model in which anyone with the right skills and moral coherence — anywhere in the world — can participate fairly, meaningfully, and sustainably.

We explicitly reject exploitative unpaid labor and unjust working conditions. We will pay people fairly, and we will structure roles with long-term ethical sustainability in mind.

Roles We Expect to Recruit First

We’re not actively recruiting for these yet, but we know they matter. If you work in these areas and feel aligned with our mission, feel free to reach out early. We’d love to know who’s out there.

We’re especially interested in people with systems thinking backgrounds. We expect internships to begin as early as September or October 2025.
